Choose a day that works for you
Your unused ticket can be used on your scheduled day or another operating day when your ticket type is offered, within the same Creepy Hollow season and calendar year. There is no need to exchange or reissue your ticket to visit on an eligible date.
Ticket offerings vary by date. Check the calendar before visiting to confirm your ticket type is offered that day. For example, if you have a General Admission ticket for Friday, you can use it on Saturday if General Admission is offered that day.
All sales are final
Tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or reissued. The flexible date option above applies to unused tickets only; tickets do not carry over to a later season or calendar year.
